Was looking for a Personal Trainer to get me in shape for my upcoming wedding and Andy came highly recommended so booked a 12 week plan with him. Andy has a wealth of knowledge in nutrition and straight away sent me a diet plan to suit my taste and to achieve my goal which was to gain muscle and lose fat. He also suggested what supplements to use and where best to get them. This was great as in the past I have wasted money on this. The training was intense but i achieved more within a month than i had ever achieved myself, and learning proper technique which stopped injuries. Andy was also very accommodating and would find time to suit me. With Andy's knowledge and motivation I achieved more than i was expecting.

I met Andy at a time where my enthusiasm and love of training was rapidly being lost. After a few years of constant training, restricted diets of chicken and green vegetables and very little variation in the foods I was allowed to eat I'd started to resent a lifestyle that I once trained myself to love. I dreaded I once trained myself to love. I dreaded the day in day out same foods and going to the gym had become a real struggle, I began to dread it. I no longer saw any attraction to living like this as results had stopped too. I had looked the same for stopped too. I had looked the same for months with little change in my physique. I trained with Andy for six months, and highly recommend anyone wanting to change not only their physical appearance but their lifestyle. His training is very intense and he constantly pushes you to the limit. He keeps each session fresh, changing exercises and different types of training using his vast knowledge gained over many years of training himself. I have known Andy since school and he has always been interested in keeping fit and healthy, and i know this is a passion of his not a job. But the training is just one side of it, during the hour he is constantly inquiring about your diet and any extra CV you have done. He doesn't finish when you leave the gym as he is always on the other end of the phone for any questions regarding training/ diet. If you want results and are willing to put the work in and out of the gym he is your man.

I had Andy PT me for a few months.We did 2 sessions a week upper body and lower body. Andy was a great motivator and very knowledgeable when i asked him questions. My strength shot through the roof and I really enjoyed the conditioning sessions that we did at the end of the sessions, especially the sled sprints. My body changed very quickly.

When I first started working with Andy I had already been at gym for some time and had bull! some what a fair amount of muscle mass. However he immediately brought to my attention that I now needed to shred up to have the general bolt that everyone goes for. Right away he depicted to ma my potential to be a 'beast' due to my height and frame. Through a short 8 week period i had best 4 inches around my waist and was already feeling a lot more fitter and agile then I was before and people noticed the difference in my appearance that I looked bigger because my muscle mass was more defined and less bloated looking. Id highly recommend being trained by this guy he's not only the Einstein of fitness he's also a great guy and very easy to get along with. So if your ever looking to get in better shape then you was before hit this guy up.

I started training with Andy to try and lose some weight and tone up . I was a bit nervous training with a personal trainer as I hadn't realty done any form of training before other than joining faddy gyms doing 20 mins on a cross trainer and thinking I was doing f. , I wasn't Andy has made me feel comfortable from day one and the work outs are tailor made to your ability . I feel I have made good progress with Andy going from not being able to lift much to being pushed into beating personal bests quite regular . I am toning up and really enjoy the sessions and the ache for days after . The sessions have also massively helped with everyday my daughter is disabled so requires lots of day to day lifting which is getting a lot easier to manage . As a single parent there were times when it could be a struggle to attend sessions but as Andy is a family man he knows these struggles and Is always very flexible . I highly recommend Andy to anyone no matter what your goals he is highly informative with training and food choices and has a real passion for what he does .
